Information about data submitted through the Academy’s enquiry form.
Contact information is processed by AIST LLC in Russia (INN 5248045831, OGRN 1235200013410). For enquiries and personal data questions, contact info@school.aist-academy.ru.
Registration for the conference on 28 November 2026 is hosted on the AIST learning platform: https://school.aist-academy.ru/int_aist. Review the form terms before submitting your details. Requests previously submitted through this website remain in private storage for conference-related contact.
The form saves your name, email, selected area, question, language, submission time and consent. This information is used to respond to your question about studying or the Association. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries are stored in private Vercel Blob storage in Frankfurt, Germany. Enquiry files are not accessible to website visitors. Hosting logs may include technical request data; a connection address is used temporarily to limit repeat submissions.
To correct or delete an enquiry, email info@school.aist-academy.ru with its reference number or your email address. Do not submit documents, medical information or client data through this form.
When the Resend email service is connected, enquiry notifications are sent to the Academy team at info@school.aist-academy.ru. Notifications include the submitted details so the team can reply. If sending is temporarily unavailable, the request remains in a private retry queue. These are internal Academy notifications; submitting a form does not subscribe the applicant to a newsletter.

Scientific newsletter subscription
We store your email, chosen topics, interface language, request date and consent. Subscription activates only after email confirmation. The newsletter links to Russian-language AIST almanac publications on your chosen topics, no more than once a week when there are relevant articles not previously sent to you. Unsubscribe through the link in each email or contact info@school.aist-academy.ru. Messages use Resend once connected. Until sending is activated, the form only stores a subscription request and states this explicitly. Email and preferences are stored privately on the website.
